  • Payment of the fee established the professional relationship between you and Devin Stubblefield and entitles you to three (3) implementation coaching sessions.
     
  • You understand that the responsibility for financial decisions is yours and that you are under no obligation to follow, either wholly or in part, any recommendations, suggestions or plans provided.

  • You understand that Devin Stubblefield does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice and does engage in preparing any legal documents.

  • Devin Stubblefield will regard any information provided by you as confidential and all documents provided to you shall also be confidential. 

  • Since coaching is a direct intervention and personal engagement based on time, there are no refunds of any fees you paid if one  coaching session has already occurred.

  • If for any reason in the first 30 days the coaching sessions have not occurred and you wish to cancel, you will be entitled to a refund less a $25 booking cancellation fee.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
