TERMS OF SERVICE
Devin Stubblefield Coaching agrees to meet with you for purposes of providing you financial coaching services in the area of your desired focus for four separate coaching sessions.

Coaching Objectives

• To clearly identify your focus and plotting where you are today
• Explore possibilities, options and pathways to achieve the desired goal of your focus

What to Expect from your Coaching Sessions

• Create a crystal clear vision for the success in the area you are focusing on
• Uncover hidden challenges that may be getting in the way of your progress
• Help you to feel renewed, re-energized and inspired to move forward based on the information we share

Agreement

• Payment of the fee established the professional relationship between you and Devin Stubblefield starting from the date of your enrollment.
• You agree that you will provide the necessary information to allow Devin Stubblefield to fully engage with you regarding the agreed upon services.
• You understand that the responsibility for financial decisions is yours and that you are under no obligation to follow, either wholly or in part, any recommendations, suggestions or plans provided.
• You understand that Devin Stubblefield does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice and does engage in preparing any legal documents.
• Devin Stubblefield will regard any information provided by you as confidential and all documents provided to you shall also be confidential. Disclosure of information to any third parties shall be designated by you.
• Since coaching is a direct intervention and personal engagement based on time, there are no refunds of any fees you paid if the coaching session has already occurred. However, If for whatever reason within the first 30 days, you wish to cancel and the coaching session has not occurred, you will be entitled to a refund less a $25 booking cancellation fee.
• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
