After experiencing a very successful career in banking, Devin wanted to continue fulfilling his passion to help people to reach their financial and life goals, by becoming a coach.
During his first year of as coach, fueled with a desire to combine with his financial expertise, in 2010 Devin got the opportunity to help design and co-facilitate a financial coaching training program through a partner organization along with an International Coach Federation (ICF) Master Certified Coach. The program - Financial Coaching for Prosperity was an ICF Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) training course launched in the state of Washington.

In 2014, Devin became the lead coaching trainer for Financial Coaching for Prosperity. The success, popularity and demand for the program eventually spread and was expanded around the country, giving Devin the unique experience of training, working with and mentoring coaches from various backgrounds in multiple sectors.

Committed to organizational partners, today Devin currently facilitates coaching training for the staff of social service agencies, faith-based and non-profit organizations, and state government agencies in multiple states. The training programs include Financial Coaching for Prosperity, Career & Life Coaching, and Family-Centered Coaching Training.
As a certified Group Life Coach, Devin currently conducts virtual group coaching programs and online courses on financial and asset building topics.
